This facility has been created to assist Fundamental Asset Management clients with an efficient way to provide James Brearley with the documents they require to support your new Fundamental Asset Management account.

Account Application Letter
In support of every account, you will need to complete James Brearley’s Account Application Letter, having firstly considered their Investor Terms, Order Execution and Privacy policies. By signing their Account Application Letter you authorise them to accept orders and instructions from Fundamental Asset Management on your behalf.

If you have submitted a Joint Account Request Form, please complete the “Account Application Letter” for the primary investor and the “Account Application Letter Additional Client” form for the joint party to the account.

If you want to operate your new dealing account in an ISA or wish to establish an ISA to run alongside this, then you will also need to complete an ISA application form, which again incorporates a declaration authorising James Brearley to accept orders and instructions from Fundamental Asset Management on your behalf.

Transfer Authorities
If you wish to transfer existing investments into your new Fundamental Asset Management account then please complete a transfer authority choosing general dealing account, ISA transfer or both as applicable.
