Vulnerable situations are not always permanent on-going issues, they can appear unexpectedly for someone who has previously shown no evidence of having to deal with challenges or difficulties.

They can also come and go – you may be experiencing temporary life issues, that do not need a permanent change in the relationship we have with you, simply a temporary understanding of what you are going through.

All James Brearley members of staff, irrespective of whether they are client facing or not, have attended training on identifying and supporting customers in vulnerable situations.
