Investor Application Form
Please click on the button below to commence the completion of your client’s application form for one of the currently available, Tempo Structured Products. You will need to make sure that you have all of the relevant investor information to populate the form.
Once you have populated the form and signed the Intermediary declaration, you will be prompted to provide your client’s email address so that they can be sent a link to allow them to sign the Investor declaration. Once they have done this, both you and your client will automatically be sent a pdf copy of the completed Plan Application Form for your records.
We would then ask that you consider how the indicative investment into the Plan is going to be funded and whether or not you need to arrange the completion of an ISA Application Form and where appropriate obtain an ISA Transfer Authority from your client.
Investor ISA Application Form
If your intention is to home the proposed investment into a Tempo Structured Product, via a James Brearley ISA, you will now need to click on the button below. You will again need to make sure that you have all of the relevant investor information to populate the form.
You will again be asked to provide your client’s email address to ensure that a link can be sent to them to the form to allow them to sign the Investor declaration. Once they have done this, both you and your client will automatically be sent a pdf copy of their completed ISA Application Form for your records.
We would ask that you consider how their ISA is going to be funded and whether or not you also need to arrange for your client to complete and sign an ISA Transfer Authority.
ISA Transfer Authority
Where your client’s investment into the Tempo Structured Product Plan is going to be either partially or fully funded by the transfer of one or more existing ISA arrangements, we would ask that you complete James Brearley’s ISA Transfer Authority, which you can obtain from the link below. We would ask that you arrange for your client to complete and sign an authority for each ISA they plan to transfer.
